Fajr Film Festival announces call for entries

The 38th edition of Fajr Film Festival has called for entries.

The call for participation has been announced to be open for different sections of the festival from October 23, and will remain open until the submission deadline, November 21. The winning titles will be selected by industry professionals. 

The top-tier event provides a unique opportunity for filmmakers to compete for top prizes and premiere their films for the press, industry leaders, distributors, accredited guests, and movie buffs.

The Fajr Film Festival and Market are the highlights of the Iranian film calendar each year, with an epic number of events, screenings, programs and meetings crammed into the capital Tehran over the course of 11 days.

The 38th edition of the prestigious film event is to be held on February 1-11, 2020.
